Inter continues negotiations to bring Cristian Romero to Milan. This has been confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, who in his latest video reiterated the accuracy of the information circulating: there has been contact between the Nerazzurri club and the player’s agents, despite some denials.
The availability of the Argentine defender is not in question. Romero has given his approval, but the financial agreement still needs to be defined, an aspect on which the parties are working. The dialogue between Inter and Tottenham is already underway and the Spurs have shown openness to a transfer.
At the management level, the Nerazzurri club has already taken the first steps with the English counterpart. Now a definitive agreement with the player is needed regarding salary and financial terms. The situation requires caution due to the presence of other interested teams, but also speed so as not to miss the opportunity.
According to Romano, the negotiation is “a real and absolutely ongoing matter.” Inter has shown concrete interest and is trying to close the deal, aware of the need to move quickly in a competitive market.
