The Nerazzurri market is proceeding slowly. Enzo Bucchioni, in his editorial for TMW, analyzed the situation at Inter by highlighting the difficulties related to the final phase of the transfer campaign. The team has a solid core, but reinforcements are needed to complete the squad.
The negotiation for Romero remains uncertain. The defender could move to Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, or Arsenal, but Oaktree has not given the green light for the deal. The fund is waiting for a major sale first, and the main candidate to leave, Pavard, has not yet received suitable offers. The main obstacle is the high salary of the Frenchman, which complicates every negotiation.
The situation regarding the right winger is also affected by the same dynamics. Whether it is Diaby or other solutions, every incoming move depends on sales. The same goes for Curtis Jones, blocked by Liverpool‘s demands: the Reds are asking forty million for the midfielder.
Meanwhile, there is a new development on the outgoing front. Arsenal and Manchester have inquired about Pio Esposito, considered non-transferable by the Nerazzurri club. According to rumors, an initial offer of around eighty million has arrived. Should the offer increase to become irresistible, the management might be forced to make different evaluations. The matter is still to be defined.
