At the microphones of Calciomercato.com, in the video published at the final whistle of Milan-Bologna and Venezia-Inter, pundit Sandro Sabatini expressed his opinion on the two matches played by the Milan teams.
On Milan, Sabatini did not mince words: “Milan loses in an unexpected and disgraceful way against Bologna, carried by the hat-trick of Mbangula, an event that unfortunately takes a back seat for the Belgian player. Milan had the match in hand, also thanks to a young Italian like Cisse, who for me is a candidate to take Ramos’ place on Saturday at San Siro. There will be no overtaking, even though at a certain point in the first half it seemed it could become the theme of the poster for the next match.”
The judgment on Inter was more critical: “They did their duty in Venice, winning in fact with two own goals, but giving a very poor impression. Because in addition to the usual first half that makes Chivu angry, they offered Venezia dozens of counterattacks.”
The conclusion of the reasoning looks ahead to Saturday’s derby: “The impression is that Inter too will have to show up at Saturday’s derby in a different guise.”
