Cristian Romero wants to wear the black and blue jersey. The Argentine defender, according to what was revealed by Sacha Tavolieri, journalist and market expert, has expressed his desire to move to Inter, which has already started contacts with Tottenham to finalize the deal.
“Inter is speeding up for Romero! The Nerazzurri have sent an initial offer to Tottenham and are confident of reaching an agreement with the Spurs. Talks between the two clubs are ongoing and both teams want to find an agreement. Romero wants to join Inter,” wrote Tavolieri on Twitter.
The Nerazzurri club has sent a first proposal to the Spurs and negotiations are now underway between the two clubs. Both parties are showing willingness to reach an agreement, even though Tottenham is starting from an initial request of 50 million euros for the former Atalanta and Juventus player.
Ausilio has publicly confirmed the interest in Romero, who is the first choice to strengthen the defense. The Argentine defender, for his part, has already given his approval to return to Italy, where he has already played for Atalanta and Juventus.
