Ranocchia and Inter: a big signing is not needed, the squad has been built over the years

According to Ranocchia, the Nerazzurri squad does not need major investments. The former defender, speaking to Pressing, analyzed the victory against Cagliari and the team’s prospects.

“The team creates a lot, it has many ways to develop its play. It is stronger than last year,” explained the former center-back. He then mentioned some players in the squad: “They lost Dumfries but Spence has incredible stamina and hasn’t played yet: Jones, the same Stankovic, Stones.”

The topic of the transfer market was central to his remarks. “The fans expect a big signing, but in this team it’s not needed: the team has been built over the years,” he stated. The goal is to go as far as possible in the Champions League, and for this reason the substitutes are fundamental.
