These are hellish hours regarding the Ademola Lookman operation that Inter dreams of adding to its roster of forwards for next season. The negotiation with Atalanta is not at all simple, however, because the Bergamo club does not yet consider the offer presented by Marotta to be entirely satisfactory.
One of the first to reveal Inter‘s interest in Lookman in recent weeks was Ivan Zazzaroni. The director of Corriere dello Sport today shared another piece of information regarding Atalanta’s real demand, but it is a complicated point of view for Marotta and Ausilio who risk being disoriented. Here are his words:
“I owe you an important additional piece of information: as of today, Atalanta has never set a price for Lookman (I fell for it myself at first, writing 50 million), so it’s not easy for Inter to approach nothing. Let’s wait: if Retegui hadn’t come out, Lookman would have been an Inter player for weeks.”
