Yann Bisseck commented on the draw against Roma to the microphones of Sky Sport, focusing on a statistic that is now thought-provoking: for the fourth time in a row, Inter found themselves two goals behind. An unusual situation for the reigning champions, who have always shown the ability to react.
The German defender did not hide his perplexity in the face of this statistic. “Fourth time down by two goals, why? Good question. I don’t have the answer but we have to improve on this. But what we need to focus on is that this team never dies. Of course, we have to start better,” said Bisseck.
The main problem, according to the Nerazzurri player, concerns precisely the approach to matches. “The start of games needs to be improved. We are playing very well but there is also bad luck and the quality of the team and with 13 points so far we definitely have to say that we are in a good position,” he added.
Despite the initial difficulties, Bisseck wanted to keep his eyes fixed on the Nerazzurri’s objectives without being influenced by the other title contenders. “It doesn’t matter what the other teams do. There are many important teams in this league but we are focused on ourselves and if we do things right we have a great chance to confirm ourselves as champions,” concluded the defender.
