Musmarra: Inter has not secured Bonny, possible departure

The future of Elia Bonny may not be as certain as it seemed just a few hours ago. Journalist Alfio Musmarra, during an appearance on his YouTube channel, revealed an interesting behind-the-scenes detail about the checks carried out with Inter regarding the striker. The revelation opens a window for a possible transfer in the final stages of the market.

“We need to understand what is happening at Fiorentina with the Kean situation, things are quite heated,” Musmarra explained. “It’s clear that if he leaves, the Viola would need a replacement. In the past few hours, there have been rumors about an interest in Bonny. In the checks I made with the club, I was not told that Bonny is not for sale. So, let’s see what happens. I think it’s right not to completely close the door.”

The journalist then added some thoughts on the player’s value and the consequences of a possible departure: “Clearly, Inter would then have to replace Bonny and at the moment I don’t know who could come in. Certainly, it would have to be a player suitable for Inter. Bonny is an excellent prospect, with great technique and physicality, and he has enormous room for growth.”
