La Gazzetta dello Sport today has ignited the fanbases of Inter and Roma by talking about an imminent attempt by the Nerazzurri management for Manu Koné. After last summer’s failed assault, Inter’s transfer men are reportedly ready to go back in for the French midfielder with an offer that will exceed 40 million euros.

On Radio Radio, they discussed it in the studio and former striker Roberto Pruzzo commented: “If I were Roma, I would sell Koné if I already had an alternative, even though 40 million seems like a lot to me. I’m not a fan of players like the Frenchman, I prefer more quality in the midfield. […] Koné doesn’t raise the bar, to make a real leap in quality you need something else.” These are the words reported by Romanews.

Journalist Mattioli echoed him: “Koné sold for 40 million? That’s a bargain for Roma.”.
