After the numerous attempts made last summer for Ademola Lookman, Inter does not seem to have given up on the idea of adding to its squad a player with certain characteristics. For years, in fact, there has not been a striker in the Nerazzurri shirt whose main strength is one-on-one play, endowed with unpredictability especially against organized teams that tend not to allow space in defense.
A profile that fits well with the characteristics of Karim Adeyemi, a forward owned by Borussia Dortmund who has often been linked to the Italian league. According to reports from Germany by Bild, the 2002-born player has decided to refuse the contract renewal proposed by the club and consequently open up to a departure. His current agreement with the yellow-blacks is set to expire in June 2027.
Inter has already made contact with Adeyemi‘s entourage, first and foremost to understand if the player would be willing to join the Nerazzurri project. At that point, it would be more of a deal to be completed next summer, with the aim of also securing a favorable financial agreement by leveraging the contract’s expiration the following year.
