Trevitt Chalobah has already given his approval for the transfer to Italy, but the economic gap between Chelsea and Como still needs to be bridged. The English defender is pushing to move to Serie A, and the Larians are working to satisfy him.

According to Sky Sport, the London club is asking for 30 million euros guaranteed plus bonuses, while Como’s offer stops at 25 million fixed with possible additional variables. The gap between the parties is therefore five million.

A new meeting is scheduled in the coming days to try to reach an agreement. The defender has expressed his desire to move to Italy and is awaiting developments. Inter had been following the player, but a few weeks ago abandoned the pursuit. Now Como has become the priority for the English center-back, who has already given the green light to the deal.

The parties continue to work to reduce the economic gap and complete the deal that would bring Chalobah to Italy.
