Carlos Augusto after Shakhtar: “We also won for Bastoni”

The match against Shakhtar ended with a hard-fought victory, achieved with ten men after the sending off of Bastoni. Speaking to Prime Video was Augusto, who wanted to dedicate the win to the defender forced to leave the field early.

“Afraid? No, Champions League matches are like this: we have to know how to suffer and we showed it,” declared the Nerazzurri full-back. “Bastoni? That’s what they were looking for, I don’t know if it was a yellow or not: we won for him too.”
