From the stage of the Gentleman FairPlay Award, Federico Dimarco answered questions from the journalists present, touching on the topic of his assist record, his recent physical problem, and the goals for the season.

Regarding his personal performance last season, the Inter defender wanted to share the credit with his offensive teammates: “As I always say, personal results come from those of the team. To make many assists, you need strikers who score a lot of goals: I am lucky to have four strong strikers in the team. I am happy with this record, now I am thinking about the present, about new goals and new trophies.”

Regarding the knee problem that kept him off the field, Dimarco reassured everyone about his condition: “I’m fine, there was this small setback with my knee, but I worked and recovered. Let’s see if we can start even stronger next time.”

When asked whether he prefers to focus on the league or the Champions League, the answer was clear: “No, you don’t choose.”
