On the stage of the Gentleman FairPlay Award, Zielinski took the opportunity to express words of esteem towards his coach and to comment on the international break.

The Polish midfielder did not hide his affection for Chivu: “The coach is a wonderful person as well as a great coach, I hope to stay with him for a long time.” A relationship that, according to his words, goes well beyond the pitch.

Regarding the break, Zielinski admitted he felt the call of the club: “I couldn’t wait to come back, it was a bit too long.” However, he added a clarification: “We don’t decide, and it’s always a pleasure to play for your national team.”
