Ranocchia sees Inter as the favorite: the title race goes through the Nerazzurri

According to Ranocchia, only Inter can jeopardize its own path towards the Scudetto. The former Nerazzurri defender spoke to Sport Mediaset about the title race, identifying the Nerazzurri as clear favorites due to their squad, quality, and mentality built over time.

“The title race can only be changed by Inter going against itself; for the squad Inter has, the quality, the mentality built over the years, at this moment none of the other clubs have these,” he stated.

The former center-back’s analysis continues with an assessment of possible rivals. “For me, the closest ones are Juventus and Roma only because they had a good transfer window and have the same coach as last year, they know the environment well and everything else. A bit further behind I see Napoli and Milan,” added Ranocchia.

The statements come at the end of the transfer window, with the Nerazzurri not making any moves in the final hours of the summer session, unlike other big clubs that were active until the last day.
