Inter is considering the possibility of extending Francesco Pio Esposito‘s contract until June 30, 2031, with an additional season beyond the current expiration date. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, this option cannot be ruled out and would represent an important signal for the young striker born in 2005.
The possible extension would allow Esposito to face his second season in the first team with a renewed status, that of the breakthrough hoped for by the Nerazzurri environment. The young striker has had a standout season, establishing himself as the revelation of the group, also thanks to the trust placed in him by Cristian Chivu.
The just-concluded season has confirmed the striker’s qualities, and now he could tie himself to the Nerazzurri colors with a long-term commitment. The Inter management is considering the opportunity to secure one of the most promising talents from the youth sector, rewarding the growth path shown over the past season.
