Giuseppe Prestia has attracted the attention of Salernitana after a high-level season with Inter U23. The Nerazzurri captain has come onto the radar of the Granata, a club that finished third in group C and has ambitions of returning to Serie B.
According to Il Mattino, the Campania club is considering Prestia as a reinforcement for the defense. In recent hours, the management has conducted exploratory surveys to assess the feasibility of the operation. There is still no advanced negotiation, but the first contacts between the parties have already taken place.
The two teams could cross paths next season, with the Nerazzurri’s second team expected to be placed, barring surprises, in group C. Meanwhile, the training camp in Livigno continues for Vecchi‘s team, with Prestia regularly training with the group. The first friendly match is scheduled for July 22, against the Valtellina side Grosio.
