He also gave his personal predictions regarding the three trophies that Inter could potentially win.
According to Sabatini, in the two-legged semifinal tie between tonight and the return leg on April 23, it will be Inter that prevails over rivals AC Milan, earning a place in the Coppa Italia final. Regarding the Scudetto, he also views Inzaghi’s team as favorites: Allow me some hesitation, as this season is different than usual, but I believe Inter will win the title by a single point.
Finally, speaking about the Champions League, Sabatini showed less optimism. In his opinion, while Inter will be able to overcome the quarterfinal stage against a tough opponent like Bayern Munich, their run will be halted in the semifinals by Barcelona who he predicts will defeat Borussia Dortmund in their tie.
