Today’s newspapers like Tuttosport and La Gazzetta dello Sport report a ranking of the Serie A clubs that have spent the most in 2024 on agents’ commissions during transfer market negotiations. Inter is among the clubs that have invested the highest sums in Italy.
At the top of the list stands Juventus, having spent €33.989 million in agents’ commissions, followed by Inter at 24.737 million euros. Finally, Napoli completes the top three with expenditures of €18.184 million on player representatives’ commissions in the 2024 transfer market.
Weighing heavily on Inter’s total spending in player agents’ commissions are the extensive and costly contract renewals the club granted over the past 12 months to key figures in the Nerazzurri squad. Regarding new signings, the most expensive operation was bringing Polish midfielder Zielinski to Appiano Gentile, with his entourage receiving €2.1 million.
