Paolo Di Canio expressed words of appreciation towards Cristian Chivu. The former striker, speaking in the Sky Sport studios, praised the approach of the Nerazzurri coach in evaluating the differences between the Champions League and the league.
“Chivu made me aware of it last year in the Champions League. He himself says they play a different sport, he said it after the Arsenal match. Chivu says it, he is aware of the differences that exist but continues on his own path, these are not excuses, he does not look for excuses. There are clear differences, you have to work a lot,” declared Di Canio.
