On the occasion of the Champions League match at Feyenoord‘s stadium, Augusto spoke to Sky Sport microphones with a clear message to his teammates and the Nerazzurri environment.
“It’s a bit cold but it doesn’t matter: we talked among ourselves about what we need to improve,” said the Inter winger. “We are ready to play a great match: every three days there is an opportunity to show our strength, we have to do our best.”
Regarding the context of the match, the Brazilian acknowledged the difficulty of the environment: “We know it’s a tough stadium, but I have total confidence in my teammates who are used to it.” He concluded firmly: “Today we have to win: the beauty of football is that every three days you have an opportunity to prove yourself. We have prepared well for the match to win it and continue our journey.”
