Adani criticizes the Nerazzurri's defensive lapses after Rome

Lele Adani analyzed Inter‘s defensive lapses during the latest episode of Domenica Sportiva.

“What did Chivu say at halftime? That even if you are the team in Serie A that is clearly the most in control in situations, if you don’t show it, you can fall behind against anyone,” declared Adani. “We talked about Roma and Bernabeu, but Inter was also behind against Udinese, and that’s not acceptable in football.”

The former footballer continued his analysis: “We say that Inter is the strongest, and they themselves believe they are the architects of this strength, they feel in control but then the slaps come. The leader tries to avoid these slaps. The goal is to deliver them before suffering them, Inter‘s control over the league is obvious.”

Before addressing the tactical aspect, Adani spoke harshly about the behavior of part of the Juve curva during the minute of silence dedicated to Sandro Mazzola. “I wouldn’t call them fans, many Juve fans instead understand, they get it and have the sensitivity to stand by all those who love football and who, thanks to Mazzola, love it even more. Those are not fans, they honor neither football nor life.”
