The negotiations for Cristian Romero are heating up. Reporting from Inter’s training camp in Germany, Sky Sport correspondent Andrea Paventi provided updates on the Argentine defender’s situation and the club’s next transfer moves.
According to reports, the Nerazzurri club considers the defender the absolute priority to complete the defensive department. The deal could be finalized in the coming weeks, or during the team’s tour in Asia. The parties are getting significantly closer, a sign that the negotiations are moving in the desired direction.
Meanwhile, tomorrow Diouf will be deployed again on the right flank, while waiting for the reinforcement that the transfer market is expected to provide for that area of the pitch. As for the midfield, any incoming transfers depend on departures: at least three or four exits would be needed before considering new additions in that area.
