With a sudden announcement this afternoon, Inter informed all of its fans about the official renewal of Denzel Dumfries‘s contract. An announcement that puts an end to a long negotiation with the Dutchman that has been ongoing for months, defined thanks to the willingness of both parties to continue this adventure together.
Having arrived in Milan to replace Hakimi in the summer of 2021, Dumfries immediately won the hearts of the Inter fans, always showing great attachment to the colors. As for the details of the new contract with Inter, Dumfries will earn up to 4 million euros net per season until June 2028: a significant leap compared to the 2.5 million of the previous agreement. Benefiting from the Growth Decree, the Dutchman will cost the Inter club about 5.2 million gross.
