Davide Frattesi is watching the Juventus option with interest. The Nerazzurri midfielder would like to reunite with Luciano Spalletti, with whom he built a relationship of mutual respect during their time with the national team. According to Gazzetta.it, the possibility of moving to Turin fascinates both parties, but turning this interest into a concrete negotiation is proving to be complex.
Among the options on the table is a straight swap with Nico Gonzalez, a player followed by Inter and set to leave the Bianconeri club. The deal could be structured without financial compensation, considering the similar valuations and salaries of the two players. The Argentine would offer Cristian Chivu a new solution on the wing, while Frattesi would add runs and goals to Juventus’ midfield.
The main obstacle is numerical. Juventus already has numerous midfielders and McKennie has characteristics that are partially similar to those of the former Sassuolo player. Miretti has also often been used in an advanced position. Frattesi could become a concrete solution only if sporting director Frederic Massara manages to lighten the department.
Among the profiles being considered is also Franck Kessie, another player particularly appreciated by Spalletti. Marotta and Ausilio are aware of Frattesi‘s intentions and could open up to a sale, but only through a favorable formula. A loan is not ruled out either, provided it comes with conditions that would make redemption in 2027 easy. His departure would allow Inter to free up space and resources to attempt an assault on Curtis Jones from Liverpool.
