Inter is preparing to secure Pio Esposito with a new contract that will tie him to the club until 2031. The striker, one of the brightest in this early phase of training camp, confirmed his good form with five goals scored in the season’s opening test.
The extension includes a substantial salary adjustment: from 1.2 million per year, Esposito will earn between 2 and 2.5 million euros. The new agreement will extend his commitment to the Nerazzurri by one year compared to the current expiration.
Agent Mario Giuffredi has reiterated several times the player’s desire to continue his journey with Inter, rejecting interest from abroad. In particular, observers and praise have come from the Premier League, especially after his performance in the Champions League against Arsenal.
