Zielinski after the 3-0 against Feyenoord: “Great teams respond immediately”

The 3-0 victory over Feyenoord saw a Zielinski in great form, scoring the goal that definitively sealed the result at the De Kuip in Rotterdam. The Polish midfielder spoke to Inter TV microphones at the end of the match, giving a positive assessment of the performance.

“Great teams respond immediately. We are happy to have played a great match, three important points and we are all happy,” said the player, emphasizing how the victory has a value that goes beyond the simple result.

Regarding the management of the match, Zielinski highlighted the team effort: “Not just the midfield, the whole team did a really important job, because even without the ball we didn’t leave them much space. We knew that making runs was their strength with some players, so we were focused. In terms of communication, we played a great match.”

The Pole then retraced the course of the two halves: “The first half was really excellent, then in the second, after my goal, we brought the match onto the right track and closed it out.”

Eyes already on the next match against Como: “Certainly in these days we need to rest. We know that Como is an excellent team, they play good football. It will be tough, but we play in front of our fans and we want to have a great game, dominating and winning.”
