On Saturday night, Inter will return to play at home at San Siro hosting Genoa with the aim of making amends after the 1-0 defeat at Allianz Stadium against Juventus, which was very hard to digest especially mentally. Today, the Nerazzurri had a training session in preparation for this Serie A match.
As reported by Andrea Paventi of Sky Sport, however, there is not good news from Appiano Gentile because in today’s session Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi had to do without two players. The first is still Marcus Thuram who performed personalized work after recent problems with his ankle.
Inter’s forward played a part of the match against Juventus but has not yet fully recovered and it is hoped he can be 100% fit for Saturday night. The second player who did not train with the group is Carlos Augusto, who has a minor bruise on his calf sustained last Sunday.
