The experience of Davide Frattesi at Inter has so far been a roller coaster. The midfielder has been the protagonist of several memorable goals, but under the guidance of Simone Inzaghi he has never had a central role in the hierarchy. Not surprisingly, there have been several speculations about his future.
With Cristian Chivu, however, things seem to have changed. As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, it seems that the spark immediately ignited between the two. Frattesi, therefore, is ready to relaunch his adventure at Inter and has set himself a double objective.
The first, clearly, concerns the pitch. After only 16 starts last season, with less than 2,000 minutes played, Frattesi wants to carve out more space for himself and in a more vertical Inter, as Chivu wants, his attacking qualities could make him fundamental. Especially with a switch to 3-4-2-1, which would see him play as an attacking midfielder.
Frattesi, for whom an offer from Newcastle was rejected, is ready to become central at Inter and this could also lead him to secure his future. In fact, both the player and the management would be ready to discuss a contract renewal.
