Maduka Okoye spoke to Sky Sport microphones before the kick-off of the match between Inter and Udinese at San Siro. The Friulian goalkeeper expressed the team’s feelings ahead of the match against the Nerazzurri.
“In the end, defensively you can’t do much to limit them because they have individual quality, but we are prepared and can’t wait to play here. It’s always special to play at San Siro. But we’re not here just to enjoy the match, we’re also here to get points,” declared the Bianconeri goalkeeper.
Asked about his growth path in Udine, Okoye added: “I think I have gained experience over these years. Also under the guidance of Runjaic, who has helped me a lot, as well as my goalkeeper coaches: they have helped me so much. I’m happy to have taken a step forward and I still want to grow.”
