Cristian Chivu has informed the club of his intention to keep Mattia Mosconi, a 2007-born forward who joined the training camp in Germany. The Inter coach considers him a real gem and would like to alternate him between the Under 23 and the first team.
The nineteen-year-old, who already made his debut last year in Serie A, spoke yesterday from the Aasen training center. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the coach has clear ideas about the young Nerazzurri’s future.
Meanwhile, preparations continue at a measured pace. After yesterday’s double training session, today only a morning session is scheduled, followed by an afternoon of rest. The players will be able to spend their free time at the resort overlooking the Black Forest or in the center of Donaueschingen.
In the evening, at 9 p.m., the whole team will gather in front of the TV to watch the World Cup final and support captain Lautaro Martinez. Today in Germany, sporting director Piero Ausilio is also expected.
