Marotta responds to Conte: “Better to be hunters”

Speaking on the sidelines of the assembly held this afternoon at the League, Inter president Beppe Marotta responded to the harsh accusations made by Antonio Conte against him during a press conference. The number one of the Nerazzurri club tried to avoid further controversy, despite the highly tense atmosphere with the coach from Lecce.

These were his words: “The assembly was, as always, quite intense, but still with positive goals for the future of football.”

CONTE’S ACCUSATIONS – “Conte’s words? I don’t want to respond to this matter. It’s not appropriate for me to bring up this topic again.”

SCUDETTO – “Milan for the Scudetto too? There are many teams, it’s a great and unpredictable league like it hasn’t been for many years. I’ve seen strong values from many teams, including Allegri’s Milan. Absolutely yes.”
