Nottingham Forest has already seen two offers rejected, while now Roma is moving decisively for Givairo Read. The Feyenoord winger had been linked to Inter in recent weeks, before the Nerazzurri club decided to focus its resources on signing a defender.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Giallorossi have put 25 million euros on the table for the Dutchman. At the moment, negotiations are underway between Roma and Feyenoord to finalize the deal. The English club, for its part, has already tried twice to sign him, but was rejected on both occasions.
Read remains a profile appreciated by several European clubs. Roma seems to have accelerated in recent days, making a significant offer to bring the player to Serie A. The outcome of the negotiation will depend on Feyenoord’s willingness to let the winger go and on any counter-moves from other interested clubs.
