Bonny gave positive responses, while Andy Diouf scored the decisive goal, demonstrating his ability to make dangerous runs.
The Nerazzurri coach did not appreciate the approach shown at the start of the second half. After forty-five minutes of good play, Inter lost aggressiveness and rhythm, allowing space to their opponents who increased the pressure. In the final minutes, the Bianconeri also claimed a possible penalty on Kolo Muani, coming close to equalizing.
The absences of Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram, Akanji, Stones and Sucic inevitably influenced the choices. Structurally, the lack of a true right winger persists, one of the main objectives of the management in the transfer market.
