Inter, departure for the tour: the schedule and Chivu's choices

Inter departed last night for the Asian and Australian tour. Cristian Chivu‘s team held an afternoon training session at Pinetina before having dinner and setting off on their journey around 10 p.m.

Arrival in Hong Kong is scheduled for today, around 5 p.m. local time. On Friday, the Nerazzurri will take to the field for a training session on site and will hold the pre-match press conference ahead of the test against Manchester City. Afterwards, the team will fly to Australia, with arrival in Perth scheduled for Sunday morning.

In Australia, two more friendlies are scheduled: on Wednesday, August 5th, the derby against Milan and on Saturday the 8th, the Derby d’Italia with Juve. Unless there are any unforeseen events, Asllani and Massolin will remain out due to injury, while Akinsanmiro will be available. It is not ruled out that Manuel Akanji could join the squad in Australia.

The pre-season program will conclude on August 14th in Bari, where Inter will face either Betis or Espanyol. This was reported by Corriere dello Sport.
