Yesterday was certainly a historic day for Inter fans. The Shareholders’ Meeting of the Nerazzurri club was in fact convened to approve the financial statements for last season, which showed record results both for Inter itself, but above all for Italian football.

As had already been anticipated in recent weeks, Inter in fact reported revenues of 546 million euros, the highest ever among professional clubs in Italy. This even surpassed Juventus with Cristiano Ronaldo, who previously held the record with revenues of 464 million for the 2018-19 season.

An extraordinary achievement that seemed unthinkable just a few years ago, when the club was instead navigating troubled waters. Now, thanks to the good work done by the current Inter management, for the first time in fifteen years Inter has closed its financial statements even recording a net profit of 35.4 million euros.
