Inter 2026/27, the possible starters of Chivu between confirmations and new faces

Cristian Chivu is defining the starting lineup for Inter for the 2026/27 season. According to SOS Fanta, last season’s structure has been confirmed, but several new features and position battles will characterize the choices of the Nerazzurri coach.

In goal, alongside Martinez Jo., Provedel has arrived, representing a concrete alternative for the goalkeeper position. In defense, the main reinforcement is Stones, who is expected to have a lot of playing time: Chivu will alternate him mainly with Bisseck, while Akanji should have fewer rotations. Bastoni completes the defensive package, with Carlos Augusto able to play both as a center-back and as a left wing-back.
