Cristian Chivu spoke about his approach to the coaching profession in an interview with Cronache di Spogliatoio, coming out tomorrow. The Inter coach explained how curiosity and doubt are central elements of his working method.

“I don’t think I have a lifetime ahead of me to do this job. Do I still feel like an apprentice? Yes, it’s my way of doing and seeing things. Having doubts allows me to be curious, to step out of my comfort zone,” Chivu declared.

The Nerazzurri coach then added: “The day I no longer consider myself an apprentice will be the right day to stop. The way I am, studying and challenges keep the passion alive and the desire to move forward with enthusiasm.”

A reflection that highlights the humility and constant growth mindset of the Romanian coach, always seeking new stimuli to improve.
