The derby of Milan is approaching with Inter seven points ahead of Milan in the standings. On La Domenica Sportiva, Adani outlined the situation: “Milan will cling to the top four who are playing a league of their own this season. Inter, Lazio, Roma and Como are almost beyond criticism; we can criticize them, but there is a continuity of progress, which in Lazio’s case is surprising.”
Adani then pointed to the offensive quality of the Rossoneri as the key to reversing the trend: “Milan is the leader of the ‘other’ standings and can catch up with the other four when they find Ramos, who is the one that needs to change the Rossoneri’s performance.”
A good part of the studio debate, however, focused on refereeing incidents. Adani stated: “As Nesta said, some referees are missing a piece of knowledge. On the Carlos Augusto–Sohm contact, there is a lack of understanding that there is a blow that bends the opponent’s leg.”
On the touch on Sucic, Adani’s reasoning was clear: “If you consider the touch on Sucic to be slight, then you have to book him. If there is a blow, it’s a foul; if there isn’t, you have to tell me why he should fall. It’s one or the other.”
