A few days from the return to action after the international break, Mkhitaryan has spoken again to the microphones of Sky Sport. The Armenian midfielder was able to use these past two weeks to recover and physically prepare optimally for the last part of the season, which will be packed with high-level fixtures for Inter.
Beginning from Sunday, with the league match scheduled at San Siro, he stated: Against Udinese we will see whether the break has done us good or not. At the moment, we haven’t accomplished anything yet; the journey is still long. We are only focusing on Udinese. We need the entire squad in order to win and reach the end. After last year, everybody thought it would be easy this season, but football is different—it is not so easy, and nothing can be taken for granted.
ON THE TREBLE – We are capable of going all the way in every competition. We dream big, and if we take it step by step, we can achieve something important. I hope to dedicate a special chapter about this season in my story.
ABOUT INZAGHI – As a coach, he has improved significantly over the past two years, and he is continuing to evolve. He deserves to be where he is now.
REGARDING HIS FUTURE – My idea is to finish at a high level like Inter; let’s wait for the end of the season. Renewal until 2027? Why not, but it depends on my body, how I feel, and what I’m able to give.
