With the match against Como now just around the corner, encouraging signals are coming from the Appiano Gentile training center for Chivu: according to Sky Sport, Jones and Stones have completed the session with the rest of the group and are therefore available for the first match of the season before the international break.

However, the two definite absentees are confirmed: Martinez and Luis Henrique will not be among those called up and will only be available again after the break.
