Beppe Bergomi expressed his opinion on the Italian transfer market, which closed today at 8 PM for Serie A. Inter and Roma are the teams that most convinced the former Nerazzurri captain, according to what he stated to Sky Sport.

“I find it hard to say which club moved best in the market because each squad has its own peculiarities,” explained Bergomi. “The teams I like the most are Inter and Roma, who have kept their squads intact; although, as far as the Nerazzurri are concerned, people underestimate the fact that five players who left have been replaced.”

Lo Zio also had positive words for other top teams in the league. “I don’t mind Juve’s transfer market, Milan signed a fast defender like Gila and a striker who knows how to play football, Goncalo Ramos, who needs to be evaluated in Serie A. They did something interesting by signing one-on-one players like Moreira and Hutchinson.”
