The Austrian player’s contract expires in June, and according to Corriere dello Sport, it appears very unlikely that Inter will decide to renew his contract for another season. Nevertheless, there could be an alternative solution.
In fact, the Roman daily newspaper suggests that Arnautovic could obtain a short-term extension with Inter, allowing him to participate in the Club World Cup and giving Inzaghi the possibility of continuing to count on the Austrian as an attacking option during the tournament in the United States.
