Inter is close to officially finalizing a very important negotiation that has been ongoing for several days. Following the first announcement by the player’s agent yesterday, this morning expert transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has provided definitive confirmation.

On X, the journalist shared details of the new contract that Pio Esposito is about to officially sign with Inter. The forward, born in 2005 and currently on loan to Spezia for the second consecutive season, is performing excellently in Serie B and has earned his contract extension with the Nerazzurri thanks to his goal-scoring form.

According to the respected journalist, Esposito will sign a new agreement running until June 2030. His salary will of course be increased, and the deal will include an option allowing it to rise further each season based on meeting specific performance objectives.
