In recent days, transfer market rumors had resurfaced linking Napoli strongly to a move for Davide Frattesi from Inter. The management of the Neapolitan club, and especially coach Antonio Conte, see the Nerazzurri’s number 16 as a major reinforcement for their midfield, and they are prepared to make an offer in the summer.

This morning, Tuttosport again confirmed this market rumor. The daily from Piedmont reports the news of the ongoing interest in Frattesi, stating that Napoli is ready to return strongly to the negotiation. However, Inter could request the inclusion of a Napoli player in the deal.

That player could be Giacomo Raspadori, who for Inter would become the ideal exchange option with Napoli. The Italian National Team forward could be an excellent backup or replacement for Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram: a high-quality striker who would serve as reliable rotation for the ThuLa duo and represent an upgrade over Correa and Arnautovic, both of whom are now set to leave.
