According to reports from the Gazzetta dello Sport, Oaktree has no intention of giving up control of Inter. The American fund is evaluating some expressions of interest received from Italian and foreign investors for the purchase of a minority stake, but the situation is still far from a concrete negotiation.

In recent weeks, several funds have approached the Nerazzurri club. These are preliminary inquiries that the owner is examining without rushing the process. Any more in-depth discussions could develop in the future, but at the moment there is not yet a process in its decisive stages.

The fund operates according to financial logic. The possible entry of a partner would, for the first time, give Inter a concrete valuation in the Oaktree era, allowing the fund to monetize part of the growth achieved while maintaining control. However, the strategic line remains unchanged: strengthening the accounts, sustainable management, and rejuvenation of the squad.

The absolute priority continues to be the new stadium project, which is expected to significantly increase the brand’s value. There are no signs of a sale from the American owner, who, according to the pink newspaper, listens, evaluates, and has no need to make hasty decisions.
