The Californian fund Oaktree firmly maintains control of Inter, despite interest shown by some private investors. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, at the moment the possibility of entering the Nerazzurri’s capital through minority shares is being considered, but the fund’s willingness to sell remains to be verified. In any case, any such operations would not change the club’s control structure.
The last two years under Oaktree management have brought significant commercial growth, accompanied by notable sporting results. The Champions League final reached in the first season and the victory in the scudetto and Coppa Italia in the most recent season have consolidated the club’s position.
The financial statement as of June 30, 2026, which will be approved at the shareholders’ meeting in October, will close with a profit for the second consecutive year. Estimates from the “rosea” indicate a turnover of 150 million euros for the commercial segment and 90 million for the stadium.
The recent movements around the club’s minority shares are precisely the result of this positive trend on the economic and sporting front.
