Davide Frattesi‘s summer is taking him far from Milan. For the Inter midfielder, the path is set and the possibility of a move to England is becoming increasingly concrete. In the background, however, Italian temptations remain alive, with Juventus continuing to monitor the situation and considering the idea of a swap deal, a solution that would intrigue the Bianconeri but, at the moment, does not excite Inter. This is confirmed by the Corriere dello Sport:
“In recent days, Nottingham Forest has resurfaced, having already courted him in January – and where he would have landed on loan with an option to buy – if Liverpool had agreed to let Jones go under the same terms. Now, evidently, negotiations are underway on different terms, namely for a permanent transfer.
After all, not only is it unthinkable to postpone the separation any longer, but above all the Nerazzurri club needs to cash in, precisely to increase their firepower for the transfer campaign. Frattesi, evidently, has a price tag attached, which at this moment stands at 30 million euros. Nottingham, on the other hand, would like to stop at around 25. In short, work is needed to find an agreement. Then, of course, the midfielder’s approval will also be required. Last season, he would have gladly moved to the Premier League. But now?
In truth, in the background, there is the siren call of Juventus, which continues to leave him with at least a lingering thought: he likes Spalletti, but now at the Bianconeri he would also find Carnevali again… Viale Liberazione, of course, would prefer a move abroad. Unless an irresistible offer comes to the table. But would the Bianconeri club be able to make such an offer? The feeling is that a swap proposal would be simpler. However, Inter does not seem willing to listen to this option.”
