Inter is looking for a defender for next season. Among the names in the running are certainly Oumar Solet and Tarik Muharemović.
During an appearance on Radio Deejay, Ivan Zazzaroni hinted, however, that the management is working on a profile that has not yet emerged publicly: “They are looking for a defender who is neither Muharemovic nor Solet, I have to find this name,” said the director of Corriere dello Sport.
A statement that, while not mentioning any explicit names, immediately sparked speculation among insiders and fans, fueling the idea that Inter is considering different alternatives compared to the profiles circulated so far, such as the Bosnian defender and the French center-back.
For now, however, the “mister X” of the Nerazzurri defense still remains faceless.
