Inter and Juventus are ready to face off once again on the transfer market ahead of next summer’s window. Both clubs will be able to count on an extra budget of at least 20 million euros, thanks to the prize guaranteed by their participation in the upcoming Club World Cup.
According to market expert Ekrem Konur, the Nerazzurri and Bianconeri may battle each other for a striker showing excellent form this season. He is Vangelis Pavlidis, the Greek centre-forward born in 1998 currently owned by Benfica.
The player has already scored as many as 20 goals in 43 appearances this season, and he has been closely followed in recent weeks by Inter and Juventus. Bought by Benfica last summer for 18 million euros from AZ Alkmaar, Pavlidis is currently valued at around 23 million euros by Transfermarkt.
